It provides a simple self-care technique to optimise well-being & performance and help support & enhance the effects of other treatments & self-care practices. While TRE appears revolutionary in Western cultures, this natural recovery reflex has been deliberately used by traditional cultures all around the world for hundreds if not thousands of years.
