Selina draws from a broad range of bodywork techniques including Ortho-Bionomy, lymphatic drainage, and Reiki to support growth and healing.

Rather than heavy massage that reaffirms and strengthens pain messages Selina works with a lovely blend of massage and ortho bionomy to convey comfort to the body. Calming the nervous system to bring rest and release stress (pain) so the body can recalibrate. Return to self.
